For those new to yoga, we have a regular Introductory Course available. This is a valuable opportunity to learn at a slower, more detailed pace to transition to general yoga classes easier.
No matter what age you are, there is a course for you at The Yoga Room. Yoga for the over-sixties has a greater focus on maintaining and improving health as well as building body strength.
